Description

Introduction
The STP Series sterile pass box provides controlled biological decontamination of chamber surfaces and transferred items using an integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VH2O2) system. The VH2O2 unit is linked to the pass box via SIEMENS PLC control, enabling parameter setup and fully automated unattended cycles.

  • VH2O2 102/202 vapor for biological decontamination at low temperature and normal pressure.
  • Integrated SIEMENS PLC control for automated cycle management and communication with the VH2O2 generator.
  • Real-time monitoring of chamber temperature, humidity and pressure.
  • H14-grade HEPA filtration on supply and exhaust during decontamination and purge phases to prevent contamination.
  • Double-door pneumatic sealing with pneumatic locking and interlock between doors during operation to ensure directional control.
  • Turbulent airflow design to promote gas diffusion for multi-layer loads.
  • Loading/unloading doors with stainless steel frames and high-visibility tempered glass sealed by pneumatic seals.
  • Complete 40-cycle program with on-site validation; 21CFR Part 11 compliance and 4Q validation support.
  • Customizable sizes to suit facility requirements.
  • Alarms and logging: pressure high/low, door open timeout, door lock, concentration/temperature; cycle parameter saving and printing.


Applications
Suitable for sterile transfer in environments requiring high-level decontamination: microelectronics, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitals and food industry clean zones. Designed for transferring clean, dry items such as outer packaging, instruments, raw materials, accessories and environmental monitoring equipment into A/B critical areas.
