Product OverviewThe HTY-V350 vaporizes a 35% hydrogen peroxide solution using high-speed airflow and flash vaporization to produce H2O2 vapor rich in hydroxyl radicals. These radicals inactivate microorganisms by disrupting cell membranes and nucleic acids. The system provides airborne and surface decontamination with controlled flash vaporization, continuous monitoring and uniform 360° dispersion for enclosed volumes up to 400 m³.
Features - Flash vaporization module (latest generation): approx. 2× vaporization efficiency vs. previous generation, enabling treatment of larger volumes.
- Integrated sensors for hydrogen peroxide concentration, humidity and temperature with online monitoring; sensors have up to 7 years service life and calibration traceable to NIST.
- Onboard printer for real-time data output; control system implements three-level user permissions (operator, supervisor, administrator) to support GMP and audit requirements.
- Four fan-assisted outlets ensure 360° dispersion and uniform distribution of vaporized H2O2.
- Material compatibility testing and on-site IQ/OQ and sterilization process development services available prior to deployment.
