Product IntroductionThe Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Concentration Analyzer uses TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) to measure hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and water vapor concentrations in real time. It also calculates relative saturation and dew point temperature to support evaluation of sterilization efficacy. By correlating measured values with the D-value, the system enables assessment of VH2O2 and optimization of sterilization process parameters for controlled, validated cycles.
Models- In-situ HTY-HK100D
- In-situ HTY-HK200
- Bypass HTY-HK200D
Features- Short response time: Real-time concentration monitoring, fastest update 0.1 s per data point.
- Wide detection range: H2O2 detection range 1–7000 ppm (adjustable per application).
- Operational adaptability: Suitable for vacuum, positive pressure and high-temperature environments up to 80°C; compact footprint for integration in sterilizers and process lines.
- D-value support: Enables development and validation of D-value models using output dew point and relative saturation.
- High accuracy and repeatability: Linear error and repeatability for H2O2 and H2O concentrations ≤ ±5%.
- Reliable stability: Stable measurements and repeatable data for process control and traceability.
ApplicationsDesigned for hydrogen peroxide sterilization monitoring in pharmaceutical VH2O2 sterilizers, low-temperature sterilizers and aseptic filling lines in the food & beverage industry. Ideal for process validation, in-line control and regulatory compliance monitoring.
