Description

Introduction
Germ-free mouse isolators designed for sterile handling, surgical procedures and gnotobiotic rearing of mice and rats. The systems integrate intelligent control, automated management programs and multiple expansion ports to support sterile workflows, secure transfers and environmental monitoring required for laboratory and biomedical research.

  • Sterile transfer trolley and docking port to prevent contamination during animal and material transfer.
  • Inlet and exhaust fitted with H14 HEPA filters (99.995% MPPS efficiency per EN1822).
  • Ergonomic tilted front panel for improved operator access.
  • Front viewing window with integrated gloves and active inflatable seal to maintain a stable sterile environment.
  • Chamber is a rigid welded stainless-steel structure with smooth surfaces and rounded corners to eliminate cleaning dead zones; leakage rate less than 0.5% Vol/hr at 2× working pressure.
  • Reserved VH2O2 interfaces for external vaporized hydrogen peroxide generators or optional integrated VH2O2 decontamination system.
  • Environmental monitoring for differential pressure, temperature, humidity and ammonia concentration.
  • Built-in lighting for routine tasks and inspection.
