Product Introduction
Provides an integrated isolation solution for the production and maintenance of germ-free miniature pigs, combining hysterectomy units, sterile transfer systems and germ-free rearing isolators. The workflow minimizes exposure risk to preserve sterility, enabling efficient procedures and a secure sterile environment.

Features
  • Hysterectomy unit with trough transfer channel and double-sided flat-sealed doors to facilitate transfer and eliminate sterilization dead zones.
  • Sterile transfer trolley docks via sterile transfer port to ensure animals and materials remain protected from external contamination during transfer.
  • Dedicated waste removal design prevents cross-contamination between internal and external environments.
  • Inlet and exhaust fitted with H14 HEPA filters (99.995% MPPS efficiency per EN1822).
  • Ergonomic tilted front face for operator access with viewing windows, glove ports and active inflatable sealing to maintain stable sterile conditions.
  • Chamber interior is a rigid integrated welded structure with smooth surfaces and rounded corners; free of burrs, sharp edges or cleaning dead zones. Leakage rate < 0.5% Vol/hr at 2× working pressure.
  • Reserved VH2O2 interfaces for external vaporized hydrogen peroxide generators or optional integrated VH2O2 systems.
  • Environmental monitoring: pressure differential, temperature, humidity and ammonia concentration measurement supported.
  • Built-in lighting for convenient operation and routine tasks.
