TODA fFN DIAG® is an immunochromatographic test on cassette allowing to detect the threat of preterm labor (MAP) by highlighting the Fetal Fibronectin (fFN) protein from the cervico-vaginal secretions of pregnant women. The test uses a pair of monoclonal antibodies that detect the protein from a vaginal swab. The detection of fFN in vaginal secretions via rapid diagnostic tests which have an excellent negative predictive value (absence of delivery within 14 days of the test in 96-99% of cases*), allows screening for MAP in support of your own diagnosis established by traditional methods.
