Product overview
Polypropylene laboratory fume hood with integrated wet scrubber designed to capture chemical vapours, mists and aerosols. The wet scrubber media directs contaminants to a water tank while an upper mist eliminator protects the exhaust fan. Constructed from non-corrosive polypropylene for high chemical resistance. Suitable for handling acids, organic solvents and aggressive reagents. CE certified for industrial and laboratory applications.

Structure

• 8 mm welded polypropylene panels with high chemical resistance
• Polypropylene worktop (optional: stainless steel, ceramic, epoxy, HPL)
• 5 mm tempered front safety glass with counterweight sash system
• Lower vented polypropylene base cabinet
• Air intake from top and rear panels for optimized flow

Wet scrubber functionality

• Spray nozzles to distribute scrubbing liquid
• Upper mist eliminator to protect fan and reduce carryover
• Scrubbing media that captures particulates and soluble vapours
• Water pump and dedicated water tank for circulation
• Accessible layout for maintenance and replacement of media
