Description

Overview
  • outstanding chemical resistance and superior vapor tolerance
  • flame-proof motor with integrated self-locking overload and excess-temperature protection for direct 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply (no additional overcurrent device required)
  • overpressure safety relief valves internally and at outlet
  • safety diaphragm technology with option for inert gas purge and diaphragm-breakage detection
  • inlet separator AK and emission condenser EK for pump protection and solvent recovery

Chemistry vacuum system in action
ATEX chemistry vacuum systems are supplied ready to connect and are configured for applications with large amounts of condensable vapors. Typical uses include rotary evaporators and vacuum drying ovens in potentially explosive atmospheres. The inlet separator (AK) retains particles and liquid droplets to protect the pump. The emission condenser (EK) on the outlet is compact and highly efficient, enabling near-100% solvent recovery. A separate gas-ballast connection is included for use with inert purge gas.
