Description
TL-HEX rings can be applied in any desired positionusing complete or 5/8 rings. lf two 5/8 rings are usedthe openings should be in line, allowing the surgeons tomaintain traction on the patient's limb. The basic principlesof aligning a ring on the limb perpendicular to its longaxis should be followed. Either wires or half pins (or acombination of both) can be used to secure the ring tothe limb depending on surgeon preferences and spaceavailability.
