Description

Overview
The PhysioGo 301A is a medical device for physiotherapy combining electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy and combined therapy in one unit. It supports up to three independent therapeutic channels, a library of 204 preset programs and battery operation (Li‑ion 2250 mAh or 3400 mAh options).

Benefits for the patient
  • Comprehensive treatment options: electrotherapy, ultrasound and combined protocols adapted to musculoskeletal, nervous and soft tissue conditions.
  • Electrotherapy modes: uni‑ and bipolar currents, microcurrents, Kotz (Russian) stimulation, multiple TENS modes (symmetric, asymmetric, alternating, burst), currents for spastic paralysis, diadynamic currents (MF, DF, CP, CP‑ISO, LP), impulse currents (rectangular, triangular, Trabert), tonolysis, galvanic and others.
  • Ultrasound therapy: selectable frequencies at 1 MHz (deep tissues) and 3.5 MHz (superficial tissues).
  • Combined therapy: simultaneous electrotherapy and ultrasound for synergistic effects.

Safe physical therapy
The device performs startup self‑tests for functional monitoring. Ultrasound head contact is monitored during procedures to ensure correct dosing and effective application. Electrode wear/consumption can be checked for electrotherapy safety.

Electrodiagnostics
Provides semi‑automatic neuromuscular electrodiagnostics (I/t curve). After testing the device displays rheobase and chronaxie values, presents accommodation factor and quotient graphically on the 7" color touch display with interpretive comments and a visual assessment scale.

Benefits for the physiotherapist
  • Manual and program modes: manual mode for experienced users to set parameters directly.
  • Database of 204 built‑in programs with an encyclopaedia describing treatment methodology and illustrations.
  • 38 preset treatment sequences combining current types; ability to save up to 150 user programs and 10 user sequences; favourites list supported.
  • Three independent channels for simultaneous treatment of multiple body areas.
  • Compact design and dedicated transport bag for safe mobility; battery versions enable home‑care use up to ~5.5 hours depending on battery capacity.
