Description

Overview
The PhysioGo 700I is a multifunction physiotherapy device from the ASTAR PhysioGo family. It integrates electrotherapy, ultrasound (sonotherapy), combined therapy, laser biostimulation and magnetotherapy in a single unit. The device features a 7" colour touch display, three independent treatment channels and an integrated treatment encyclopedia for clinical guidance.

Benefits for the patient
  • Electrodiagnostics: performs full electrodiagnostic tests (rheobase, chronaxie) and calculates accommodation coefficients to support clinical assessment.
  • Comprehensive therapy options: wide range of currents and modes including microcurrents, Kotz (Russian) stimulation, multiple TENS modes, diadynamic currents, pulse waveforms (rectangular, triangular, Träbert), tonolysis and galvanic therapies.
  • Ultrasound therapy: supports superficial (3.5 MHz) and deep (1 MHz) tissues; combined electrotherapy + sonotherapy mode for synergistic effects.
  • Laser therapy: biostimulatory modes for pain relief and tissue repair with scanning, cluster and point applicators.
  • Magnetotherapy: continuous and pulsed magnetic fields to support regenerative processes.

Benefits for the therapist
  • Extensive presets: 420 built-in programs, 38 predefined electrotherapy sequences, acupuncture protocol presets (Voll, Nogier).
  • High customisation: create and save up to 400 user programs and quick favourites; edit program and sequence names for clinic workflows.
  • Ergonomics and workflow: 7" touch display and three independent channels allow simultaneous treatment of different body areas.

Modern solutions & convenience
  • Designed with medical-grade components; compliant with EU MDR (EU) 2017/745.
  • PhysioGo 701I variant available with rechargeable battery (up to 5.5 h); device weight approx. 6 kg and compatible transport bag.

Features (high level)
  • Product code: A-UC-AST-PHG700I
  • 7" colour touch display
  • Three independent treatment channels
  • Intensity regulation per patient circuit (simultaneous or separate)
  • Electrode test, manual and program operation modes
  • Disease entities selectable by name or medical field
  • Preset programs and sequences database; user program creation
  • Integrated treatment encyclopedia and treatment statistics

Electrotherapy (capabilities)
  • Operation in CC (current stabilisation) or CV (voltage stabilisation) modes with full galvanic isolation between channels.
  • Supported currents: interferential (isoplanar, dynamic, single-channel AMF), multiple TENS modes (symmetric, asymmetric, alternating, burst, SP-TENS), Kotz (Russian) current, tonolysis, diadynamic variants (MF, DF, CP, CP-ISO, LP), pulsed rectangular/triangular/Träbert/UR/Leduc/neofaradic, unipolar sine surge, galvanic, microcurrents.

Ultrasound therapy (capabilities)
  • Water-resistant ultrasound heads (IPX7) with continuous and pulsed emission modes.
  • Contact control and head sensitivity calibration to ensure effective treatment time.

Combined therapy
  • Combine electrotherapy currents with ultrasound in CC or CV modes to achieve synergistic therapeutic effects; supports same current families as standalone electrotherapy.

Laser therapy (capabilities)
  • Compatible with scanning, cluster and point laser applicators; continuous and pulsed emission modes.
  • Regulation of laser power and duty factor; automatic power tests and time calculation relative to dose, power and treatment area.
  • Dedicated irradiation modes for scanning and fibre applicators (including laserpuncture and ENT); pilot beam for site indication.

Magnetotherapy (capabilities)
  • Continuous and pulsed magnetic fields with selectable field shapes (sine, triangle, rectangle, half-sinus, half-triangle, half-rectangle).
  • Optional use with one or two plate CPE applicators secured by Velcro straps.

Preset treatment programs (summary)
  • Electrotherapy presets: 69
  • Ultrasound presets: 58
  • Combined therapy presets: 77
