OverviewThe PhysioGo 700C is a multimodal physiotherapy unit for professional rehabilitation and sports medicine, combining ultrasound, electrotherapy, biostimulation laser therapy and combined therapy modes. The system is ergonomically designed and the 701C variant includes a rechargeable battery for portable use. The device is compliant with EU Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
Benefits for the patientSuitable for neuromuscular rehabilitation and sports-related conditions. Laser therapy supports scanning, cluster and point probes. Ultrasound therapy supports heads with 1 cm² and 4 cm² effective radiation areas. Three independent treatment channels allow simultaneous therapy on different body regions. Safety features include module self-test at power-on, electrode self-test, ultrasound head contact quality monitoring and automatic laser power test.
Benefits for the therapistIntegrated software with a built-in treatment encyclopedia searchable by disease or medical field. Extensive library of preset programs and sequences, manual mode for full parameter control, ability to create and save user programs and a favourites function for quick access.

ElectrotherapyOperation in CC (current stabilization) or CV (voltage stabilization) modes with full galvanic isolation between channels. Supported currents and methods include interferential (isoplanar, dynamic, single channel AMF), TENS (symmetric, asymmetric, alternating, burst), TENS for spastic paralysis, Kotz (Russian stimulation), tonolysis, diadynamic, pulsed rectangular/triangular, Trabert, Leduc, pulsed neofaradic, galvanic and microcurrents.
Ultrasound therapyWater-resistant ultrasound heads (IPX7). Continuous and pulsed emission modes. Ultrasound head contact control measures effective treatment time; head sensitivity calibration available.
Combined therapySupports combined modes pairing laser/ultrasound with the same electrotherapy currents and modes as in electrotherapy section (interferential, TENS variants, Kotz, etc.).
Laser therapyCompatible with scanning applicators, cluster applicators and point probes. Continuous and pulse emission modes. Regulation of laser power and duty factor. Automatic laser power test and automatic time calculation based on dose, power, duty factor and treatment area. Three scanning field modes and dedicated optical fiber modes for laserpuncture and ENT. Pilot beam indicates application site.
Preset treatment programsExtensive presets: electrotherapy 69, ultrasound 58, combined 77, IR point probe 39, R point probe 18, Nogier 8, Voll 30, scanning applicator sequences 26, cluster applicator 54.
