Description
The RealLine Anaplasma / Ehrlichia kit is a real‑time PCR detection kit for sensitive identification of Anaplasma phagocytophilum (HEX channel) and Ehrlichia chaffeensis / Ehrlichia muris (ROX channel) in tick or human specimens. All components are lyophilized as a Ready‑Mastermix in 0.2 ml tubes. GLU – for General Lab Use.

Clinical information
Ehrlichiosis and human granulocytic anaplasmosis are tick‑borne infections caused by Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Ehrlichia chaffeensis or Ehrlichia muris. Clinical presentation ranges from mild flu‑like symptoms to severe complications such as meningoencephalitis, particularly in immunocompromised patients. Early and specific molecular detection supports diagnosis and patient management.

Format
Str‑format: Ready‑Mastermix is lyophilized in 0.2 ml white tubes arranged on a plate. Cut the required number of tubes from the plate, pipette 50 µl of extracted DNA/RNA into each tube, seal with PCR foil or caps and run the assay. Tubes are regular‑profile and compatible with RealLine Cyclers, Bio‑Rad cyclers and many other platforms. Follow the IFU for device settings.
