Short description
The RealLine Real-Time PCR kit VBD0457-R is designed for differential and sensitive detection of plasmid and genomic DNA of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in human clinical samples by real-time PCR. All assay components are supplied lyophilized as a ready-to-use master mix. Intended use: GLU – General Lab Use.

Detection channels

• ROX (575 – 602 nm) for Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA

Formats

• Str-format: Ready-mastermix is lyophilized and prepared in 0.2 ml white tubes arranged in a plate. For use, cut the required number of tubes, add 50 µl of extracted DNA/RNA per tube, seal with PCR foil or caps and run the test. Tubes are medium-profile and compatible with RealLine Cyclers, BIO-RAD cyclers and other common real-time instruments.
