Application:
Modular unidirectional airflow filtration ceiling for operating theatres.

Construction and installation:
Each module is factory-assembled and sealed. Design includes a carbon steel plenum and an airtight continuously welded platform 1.5 mm thick. Modules are bolted together on site; airtight joints are formed mechanically between modules. Exterior and interior finish: oven-baked RAL 9010 epoxy with primer. A test connector accessible from the operating theatre enables differential pressure measurement and aerosol sampling. HEPA filters are fitted from the theatre side using a compression limiter and captive pre-positioned tabs to ensure correct sealing. Casing airtightness at 450 Pa: Class B (EN 1886:1998), Class L1 (M) (PR EN 1886:2003), Class C (PR EN 12237:2003). Joints airtightness at 450 Pa: Maximum local penetration < 10-4 (0.01%) in accordance with ISO EN14644-3.
