Overview
A modular HEPA filter housing designed for contamination-free filter change in containment applications with moderate to high safety requirements. Suitable for exhaust of contaminated air in biosafety laboratories, pharmaceutical and hospital environments. Optionally available with integrated manual MIP scanning probe.

Specifications
Application: Exhaust of contaminated air in biosafety, containment laboratories, pharmaceutical and hospital settings. Max temperature: 80 °C. Installation: Ducted as single housing, in standalone banks up to 6 cells with collectors, or as wall-mounted towers. Housing qualified to ±6000 Pa.

Construction and options

• Construction: 2 mm carbon steel, fully welded; optional SS 304 or SS 316L
• Finish: Decontamination-resistant double-layer powder coat; standard RAL 9010 or custom RAL
• Options: Integrated second BIBO cell for 50 mm prefilter, DIN gasket and control port, door window, MIP scanning option, ATEX
• Filter gaskets: PU or DIN
• Filters (F): Compact particulate or molecular filters, 292 mm depth (compatible with Opakair, Absolute, Acticarb)
• Prefilters (PF): Panel prefilters 48/50 mm depth (e.g. EcoPleat, AeroPleat)
• Control equipment: Pressure ports upstream and downstream for every filter cell
• Accessories: Safe change bag with integrated O-ring, gaskets and bolting kits, collectors, foldable maintenance console, pressure test kit
