Overview
CamFFU IS-EC is a motorized fan filter unit (FFU) designed as a flexible LAF solution without the need for a ceiling grid. Units can be combined to form machine enclosures, clean work cabins or mini environments achieving cleanliness classes from ISO 14644‑1 class 8 to class 1 depending on configuration and operation.

• Airflow control: BUS controlled system, handheld control or 0‑10V/LON/Modbus interfaces
• Filter options: Megalam H14, U15 or U16, MD or MX (filters and Camfil Sil‑Gel gasket ordered separately)
