Overview
The Chemspeed FLEX AUTOPLANT workstations enable high-output process R&D and chemical development with integrated online benchtop IR. Quality by Design (QbD) and proven acceptable range (PAR) driven workflows support preparative synthesis, work-up and analysis, and scale-up for pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, polymers, specialty chemicals, catalysts, cathode and storage materials, photovoltaics materials and more.

Capabilities & Benefits
The FLEX AUTOPLANT is a process development workstation platform designed to execute diverse workflows in a fully automated fashion and to mimic final industrial production processes. It is configurable with complex arrangements of reactors and feed vessels, providing flexibility to optimize integrated reaction sequences.

• Each reactor individually controlled: tank reactors with reactor volumes 100, 240, 1,000 mL total volume
