Capabilities and workflowAdvanced Process Development Workstation technology enables fully automated execution of complex, multi-step workflows to closely replicate industrial production. The system offers flexible reactor configurations and precise control for integrated reaction sequences.
- Individually controlled tank reactors (volumes: 100, 240, 1'000 mL) with continuous, precise feeds
- Up to 12–24 syntheses per AUTOPLANT run (reaction prep, execution, work-up, analysis); up to 6 per semi-automated MULTIPLANT run
- Interchangeable stirrer designs (anchor, twisted blade, gas-entrainment, etc.)
- Mixing capability: up to 80 Pa·s at 300 rpm and 30 Pa·s at 900 rpm with anchor stirrer
- Multiple continuous liquid, liquefied-gas and gas feeds per reactor; unlimited overhead access
