Overview
The Chemspeed AUTOPLANT PRORES is engineered for high-throughput experimentation in process research, chemical development and scale-up across pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and fine chemicals.

Capabilities and workflow
Advanced Process Development Workstation technology enables fully automated execution of complex, multi-step workflows to closely replicate industrial production. The system offers flexible reactor configurations and precise control for integrated reaction sequences.
  • Individually controlled tank reactors (volumes: 100, 240, 1'000 mL) with continuous, precise feeds
  • Up to 12–24 syntheses per AUTOPLANT run (reaction prep, execution, work-up, analysis); up to 6 per semi-automated MULTIPLANT run
  • Interchangeable stirrer designs (anchor, twisted blade, gas-entrainment, etc.)
  • Mixing capability: up to 80 Pa·s at 300 rpm and 30 Pa·s at 900 rpm with anchor stirrer
  • Multiple continuous liquid, liquefied-gas and gas feeds per reactor; unlimited overhead access
  • Independent temperature and stirring control per reactor (large delta-T capability, e.g. >130°C between adjacent reactors with active cooling)
  • Internal and/or jacketed temperature control
  • Pressure capacity up to 100 bar with safety installations
  • Parallel high-performance calorimetry and viscosity data acquisition
  • PAT interfaces for in-situ probes (pH, UV-VIS, IR, Raman, PSD, calorimetry)

  • Optional integrated online benchtop NMR (e.g. 80 MHz Fourier RxnLite) supporting H/F/C/P/Si/B nuclei, 1D/2D spectra; online flow cell or offline 5 mm tubes; permanent magnet
  • Optional integrated online benchtop XRD (examples: Bruker D6 Phaser, Malvern Aeris) with sample handover station and software/hardware integration
