Overview
The AFW Energy Bag is a training sandbag engineered for dynamic functional workouts and intensive use. Constructed with high-resistance PVC and an Oxford fabric lining, it includes air vent holes and multiple grip positions to support a wide range of exercises while limiting internal stress on the shell.
