Description

Introduction
The V-DTR series is engineered for demanding industrial compressed-air supply. With volume flow rates from 54 to 150 m³/h and operating pressures up to +1.5 bar, the V-DTR offers a versatile solution for continuous use. Key components include a micro-fine inlet filter, low-noise sound cover with provision for ducted cooling-air outlet, a pressure regulating valve and an advanced air cooling system. Bearings on both sides of the rotor and a flange motor with torsionally flexible coupling contribute to quiet operation and long service intervals. The V-DTR 61-141 is designed for easy servicing and reliable continuous performance.

Main features
  • Volume flow rates: 54 to 150 m³/h (model dependent).
  • Operating pressure capability: up to +1.5 bar (positive pressure).
  • Micro-fine inlet filter for protection of downstream equipment.
  • Low-noise construction with sound cover and ducted cooling-air outlet option.
  • Pressure regulating valve for stable compressor output.
  • Advanced air cooling system to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
  • Bearings on both sides of the rotor for enhanced stability.
  • Flange motor with torsionally flexible coupling; protection class IP55; insulation class F.
  • Designed for straightforward servicing and operation.
