Product IntroductionThe PE5-6 interferential current therapy unit is a clinical device designed for pain management and rehabilitation. It uses multi-frequency interferential current (IFC) by superimposing two medium-frequency currents to produce a low-frequency interference field in tissues. IFC modulates nociceptive transmission and promotes endogenous opioid release to reduce pain, increases local blood flow, accelerates tissue repair and metabolism, and reduces inflammation and edema. The therapy is delivered with minimal cutaneous discomfort; low-frequency output also relaxes muscle fibers to relieve tension and spasm.
