Product Description
The PFNA Lengthened Nail is an intramedullary fixation device designed for extended proximal femoral fracture treatment, including intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric, and associated femoral shaft fractures. The long nail design provides enhanced stability along the femoral canal, ensuring improved load distribution and resistance to rotational and axial forces.
The system enables minimally invasive surgical implantation and is particularly effective in osteoporotic bone, utilizing an anti-rotation blade mechanism to achieve strong anchorage in the femoral head.
