FC23-C is a shortened farmer-type ionization chamber for absolute dosimetry of photon, electron, and proton beams at therapy-level dose rates.
FC23-C measures absorbed dose to water, air kerma, and exposure in air, depending on radiation type and calibration. Designed for medical accelerators, it also works with X-ray beams (70–280 kV), gamma radiation (¹³⁷Cs, ⁶⁰Co), and proton beams (50–250 MeV).
