The GIANT1 Series of blister-packaging machines delivers wide flexibility for product shapes, blister sizes and configurations and is aimed at just-in-time production of small to medium batches. It features advanced design, feeders, quality controls and servomotors. GIANT1 integrates the patented Sombrero universal feeder for high versatility and containment-ready feeding area design. The line is compact with linear workflow and excellent operator visibility.

New capability
NEW! The GIANT1 Series now includes a standard connection module that enables blister flipping to handle cartons with opposite tuck-in closures and blister interlocking to reduce carton volume or increase blister capacity. This improves logistics and sustainability while avoiding dedicated blister designs; an optional bypass mode is available.
