Brief descriptionThe PE-300 pilot production electrospinning/spraying machine is designed for continuous manufacturing and R&D of nanofibrous membranes. It supports single- and multi-component fiber production and, with an optional co-axial system, enables core–shell, hollow and bi-component fibers. The unit is intended for integration on production lines as well as laboratory-scale process development.

Unique PropertiesThe PE-300 features 18 simultaneous feeding nozzles for high-throughput production and can operate with a single nozzle for R&D flexibility. It employs a hybrid electrospinning method combining needle-based and needle-less approaches. The system accepts 2 programmable syringe pumps and 2 independent high-voltage power supplies to run two different polymers simultaneously with independent voltage and flow control, offering significantly increased productivity compared with needle-only systems.
