Brief Description
NANOSPINNER416 is an industrial electrospinning line for continuous production of nanofiber membranes, designed to coat substrates up to 1 m wide with 50–400 nm diameter nanofibers.
Production output depends on coating weight: approximately 180 m²/day to 5,000 m²/day; net nanofiber yield about 5,000 g/day.
Standard configuration includes 110 electrospinning needles (expandable to 204), two precise peristaltic pumps, a programmable touch-screen control panel and integrated environmental control for stable operation.
