Sterile isolator Custom for oral pharmaceutical preparations designed in three interconnected sections to provide a controlled working environment compliant with ISO 5 in the central chamber. The solution is intended for handling and controlled transfer of materials with safety systems, pressure control and dedicated lighting.

Structure and configuration:

• Composed of three communicating sections: central chamber for process manipulations, left airlock for material ingress (or egress) and right airlock for egress (or ingress).
• Work chamber equipped with a vertical laminar flow module class ISO 5; the entire work area is crossed by a uniform sterile laminar air flow.
• Supply/exit airlocks operate with turbulent flow.
• Capable of operating under positive or negative pressure conditions, with continuous monitoring of pressures inside the work chamber and the airlocks.
• Audible and visual alarms for process management; all external openings are interlocked to prevent simultaneous openings.
• Platinum-cured silicone pneumatic gaskets approved by FDA for critical seals.
• LED lighting and integrated UV germicidal lamp.
• PLC control panel with color touch screen for process parameter control, alarm visualization and service commands.
• Prepared for connection to VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) system.
