Glove box designed for laser containment in a controlled atmosphere, with a stainless steel structure and integrated systems for gas control, filtration and drying suitable for sensitive processes.

Main features:

• Stainless steel frame with removable panels for access and maintenance.
• Front wall with flanges and gloves for manipulation and laser safety glass; double-door airlock (SAS) with interlock for material transfer.
• Automatic process gas regulation system for internal atmosphere management.
• Extraction unit with H14 absolute filters and activated carbon filters on inlet and outlet for air treatment.
• Overpressure valve with intrinsic safety to protect the internal environment.
• Fluid feedthroughs and frames for cable modules located in the rear wall.
• Electric lock positioned at the top left of the front door and adjustable control panel for operational management.
• Pneumatic panel with compressed air pressure reduction unit.
• Integrated Iteco DR4 drying system, oxygen analyzer and dew point meter for humidity and atmosphere composition monitoring.
