Overview
SKE011-6 TREAT-WAITING CHAIR is a three-seat waiting chair designed for hospitals, clinics, outpatient departments and healthcare waiting areas. It integrates high-density PU seating with an internal steel frame, a powder-coated steel beam construction and polypropylene armrest surfaces for hygiene, ease of cleaning and long-term dimensional stability.

Design
The overall design is simple and ergonomic, based on human body dimensions to maintain posture support and resist deformation after prolonged use.

Armrest leg
Material: high-quality steel tube components with wear-resistant electrostatic epoxy powder coating. Armrest tops are injection-molded polypropylene (PP) providing a comfortable, non-cold touch and a continuous, cleanable surface.

Backrest
The contoured backrest follows body curves to relieve pressure. Materials and bonding provide good elasticity and resistance to deformation, wrinkling, cracking or breaking under frequent use in clinical environments.

Seat and backrest
Integrated seat and backrest design with controlled gaps between panels. Joints between armrests and seat panels are finished to eliminate pinch points. No exposed screws on the seat surface simplify cleaning and improve hygiene.

Material & Comfort
Seat panel visible thickness: 28–38 mm; molded high-density polyurethane (PU) with an internal steel frame (steel frame standard: Q235). Seat PU density: ≥400 kg/m³. Surface hardness resists incidental scratches, scraping and impact while maintaining appropriate elasticity for patient comfort.

Crossbar
Crossbar material: high-strength cold-rolled steel tube 60 × 60 × 1.5 mm with wear-resistant electrostatic epoxy powder coating, providing strong load-bearing capacity, stability and a smooth surface that limits debris accumulation.

Warranty: standard 1-year warranty (parts and repair support for manufacturing defects within 1 year). 1% spare parts provided per order.
