Overview
Suxin operating table. SXD8004-B Multi Purpose Electrical Hydraulic Operation Table. For medical institutions to support patients, especially for obstetrics and gynecology. Electric control components are adopted to ensure stable and reliable transmission. Self-locking of various positions after adjustment is reliable to ensure the safety of the operation. The main body is composed of high strength carbon steel; large parts are made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel drawing material. The mattress is made of advanced PU outer and inner cushion rubber sponge and memory cotton material. Bed board raw material aseptic treatment, fireproof, anti-static special board. Line is smooth, simple and clear, strong corrosion resistant, easy to disinfect and clean.

I (Main application & Structure)

• The operating bed is an electric hydraulic drive mechanism: electric adjustment of bed surface lifting, back and backward leaning, left and right leaning, backplane lifting, brake — five main action groups.
• The operating bed is equipped with a translation function driven by an independent hydraulic cylinder.
• Equipped with an internationally renowned brand high-performance rechargeable battery that can meet the needs of about 50 surgeries; battery is maintenance-free; the table also supports AC power supply for safety.
• Two sets of independent control systems with consistent functions: handheld wired controller and column emergency control panel to ensure reliable operation if one control system fails.
• Rated bearing capacity: 250 kg.
• Frame and column are made of high-quality stainless steel. Base shell is made of fiberglass steel: impact resistant, corrosion resistant, disinfection resistant, never rust, strong and durable.
• Table permits X-ray imaging; lower side of table has guide for conveying X-ray cassette/box.
• Tabletop consists of head plate, back plate, hip plate and separate leg plate. Head and leg plates are removable; leg plate is split and foldable (+20° / -90°) with air spring assembly; head and leg plates can be interchangeable.
• Independent electric hydraulic control brake to secure or move the table and ensure stability.
• One-key functions: one key to form flexion and back flexion position and one key reset function.

III Structure
The electric operating table uses electro-hydraulic systems to control all movements: height adjustment, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg, lateral tilt, back movements, forward and backward movement and brake. Head section, leg section and vertical rotation of tabletop are operated manually. The table comprises five sections: head section, back section, waist section (optional), sitting section and leg section. Forward/backward movement and 180° rotation of tabletop facilitate C-arm perspective. Main materials include stainless steel, high-intensity cast iron and aluminum. Stainless steel round cover and base appearance is dust-proof and water-proof. Equipped with electric brakes. Easy to transport, transfer and clean.

IV Instruction — Pre-surgery

• After pressing the unlock key, operate other function keys for longer than 40 s; if function keys are operated continuously for 30 s, the key unlock light and table indicator light turn on.
• Key unlock light and table indicator must be bright before operation.
• During operation, press only one function key at a time; multiple simultaneous keys may prevent actions.
• After surgery, return table to original position.
• For detailed controller keys, refer to controller function symbols.

Position and move the operating table

• Positioning: press the "bed move stop button" to locate the operating table.
• Movement: press the "bed movement start button" to release locking mechanism and move the table.

Position setting (examples)

• Rise: press "rise button".
• Drop: press "drop key".
• Forward tilt: press "forward tilt key".
• Backward tilt: press "backtilt button" (do not bend backplane under backward tilt state).
• Right tilt / Left tilt: press corresponding tilt keys.
• Back fold / lower back plane: press back fold buttons (avoid bending that may damage equipment).
• Forward/backward translation: press forward translation or backward translation keys; do not translate while backplane folding or tilting.
• Table convex / concave: combined operations of tilt and backplate folding produce convex/concave shapes.

VI Attention

• Before use, lock all handles tightly to prevent loosening or sliding.
• The table can electrically operate six movements; operate these separately.
• After each operation, clean the table, keep tabletop horizontal and lower kidney bridge.
• Keep hand-held operator clean and dry; hang back on track after use.
• Do not step on power or control cords to avoid damage.
• Table must be connected to grounding terminal; use on anti-static ground recommended.
• Avoid use in strong electric field environments.
• Store table indoors in dry place to protect electrical control parts.
• Repairs and overhauls must be done by professional maintenance personnel.
• Regular maintenance recommended annually; service life about ten years — use within maintenance/safety period.

VII Cleaning, disinfection and sterilization

• Flushing the table with water is prohibited.
• Clean with soft cloth, sponge, wet cloth or detergent. Do not use hard brush, steel wire brush, decontamination powder, paint, ether, strong acids/bases, or other aggressive cleaners.
• Mattress disinfection: alcohol, ether, ultraviolet disinfection acceptable (avoid high-temperature sterilization).

IX Maintenance
The equipment must be maintained once a year. All moving parts must be fully lubricated. Sliding parts and slide rails must be filled with Vaseline. Tighten connecting screws and ensure they are not loose.

X Troubleshooting (selected)
Phenomenon: Operating table cannot work — Possible reasons: plug not inserted, power off, fuse burned out — Solution: reconnect power/insert plug, check switch status, replace fuse.
Phenomenon: Partial functions cannot work — Possible reasons: hand-held operator button ineffective, hand-held operator/controller plug loose, controller broken — Solution: replace hand-held operator, check switch status, ask professional repair if controller broken.
Phenomenon: Leg plate/back plate descend automatically — Possible reasons: gas spring locking switch too loose or gas spring broken — Solution: adjust locking switch or replace gas spring.
Phenomenon: Table can move — Possible reasons: caster lock device deviated or caster broken — Solution: open base cover and adjust locking device or exchange caster.
Phenomenon: Battery failure — Possible reasons: battery expired or fuse at battery outlet broken — Solution: exchange battery or replace fuse.
