Labotemp Burnout Furnace FDB-01 is a box-type resistance furnace for dental laboratories and jewelry casting, designed for reliable wax burnout and controlled heat treatment. Rated to 1000°C with a 4,000W heater, it reaches operating temperature within ≤ 60 minutes. The compact chamber (30 × 20 × 12 cm), 8 kWh heat storage and low standby power loss (≤ 1.2 kWh) deliver energy-efficient, uniform results with temperature uniformity ≤ 15°C.

Control and construction
The furnace is fitted with a KSW-type controller and a precision thermocouple to ensure stable, repeatable temperature profiles.
