Labotemp Zirconia Sintering Furnace FDZ-06 is a dental sintering furnace designed for precise sintering of zirconia crowns, bridges, veneers and ceramic restorations. The furnace reaches a maximum temperature of 1630°C and supports up to 70 units per cycle. Its annular chamber and ultrapure heating elements provide uniform, contamination-free sintering suitable for dental laboratories and ceramic production.

Control & Connectivity
The FDZ-06 integrates a 14-bit AD temperature control with ±1°C accuracy and an industrial-grade anti-knock touch screen with programmable sintering programs and real-time monitoring. Mobile Internet and IoT connectivity enable intelligent fault detection and remote status monitoring to improve uptime and process reliability.
