BOND Epitope Retrieval Solution 1 is a ready-to-use, citrate-based pH 6 solution formulated for heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue on BOND automated systems. HIER pretreatment restores epitopes altered by formalin fixation, improving accessibility of primary antibodies. For in vitro diagnostic use.
