Description

Overview BOND ancillaries have been designed for Leica Biosystems fully-automated BOND systems: BOND‑MAX and BOND‑III. Used in the development and validation of BOND ready-to-use primary antibodies and ISH probes.

Product purpose and benefits BOND Dewax Solution is a deparaffinization solution formulated for automated use on Leica Biosystems BOND instruments. It removes paraffin from tissue sections prior to rehydration and staining and is a less harmful alternative to xylene while preserving tissue antigenicity and probe binding sites.

Presentation and use Provided ready-to-use in 1 L bottles (can be poured directly into the instrument bulk reagent container). Intended for automated dewaxing on BOND‑MAX and BOND‑III systems to prepare slides for subsequent rehydration and staining workflows.
