Product overview
Leica Biosystems BOND ancillaries are designed for fully automated BOND systems (BOND-MAX and BOND-III). BOND Wash Solution 10X Concentrate is a concentrated wash buffer supplied for preparation of bulk wash solution used during staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections on BOND automated stainers.

Function and usage
The 10X concentrate requires dilution prior to use. The diluted wash solution removes unbound reagents at the end of each incubation step during automated staining protocols. Prepare the bulk wash buffer by diluting the concentrate, fill the appropriate bulk container and place it in the BOND Processing Module as specified in the instrument instructions.

Regulatory / intended use
For in vitro diagnostic use. Use according to the product IFU and local regulatory requirements.
