Product description
BOND Epitope Retrieval Solution 2 is a ready-to-use, EDTA-based (pH 9) solution for heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue on BOND automated systems. HIER treatment with this solution restores antigenicity altered by formalin fixation, improving access of primary antibodies to target epitopes.
