This monoclonal antibody enables specific detection of mouse IgG2a in immunoassays such as ELISpot and ELISA. Recommendation MG2a is recommended as detection mAb in ELISpot in combination with capture mAbs MT24/JC5-1 (product code 3876-3) or with coated antigen. The antibody is also suitable for antigen-specific ELISA. Product details Conjugate - Biotin Host - Rat Reactivity - Mouse Cross-reactivity - No cross-reactivity (less than 0.1%) with mouse IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, and human. Low cross-reactivity (2.5%) with IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g., C57BL/6 and NOD mice). Purification - Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography.
