High-Temperature Dry Block Evaporator for Large Batch Sample Concentration The 80 Position MULTIVAP (Catalog# 11880) is a high-performance nitrogen evaporator designed for efficient solvent evaporation in large sample batches. It features a rectangular gas distribution system with dual post assembly, delivering nitrogen gas via needles or glass pipettes directly to the sample surface. This setup enables fast evaporation and effective concentration of samples. To conserve nitrogen, each row of 8 samples has a toggle switch, allowing you to shut off unused rows when processing smaller batches. Nitrogen flow is controlled with an adjustable flow meter and built-in pressure regulator, ensuring precise control and optimal performance. The 80 Position MULTIVAP employs a heated aluminum dry block, capable of reaching temperatures from 30°C to 120°C for uniform sample evaporation. The sample blocks are customized to fit your vial sizes (10-17 mm diameter) for even heat transfer. An unheated version is available for ambient temperature evaporations. For customization, we request three sample vials or precise measurements of your sample vials. Acid-resistant models are also available for use with corrosive solvents. This versatile evaporator is ideal for labs requiring large-volume evaporation of similar samples in one vial type, providing consistent and uniform evaporation across all samples.
