High-Throughput Water Bath System for Uniform Sample Concentration The 100 Position MULTIVAP (Catalog# 11300) is designed for labs handling high volumes of identical samples, offering a reliable and efficient solution for simultaneous solvent evaporation. Ideal for LC-MS or GC-MS prep workflows, this nitrogen blowdown system supports consistent concentration across up to 100 samples. A fixed-position gas manifold delivers nitrogen directly to each sample via stainless steel needles or optional glass pipettes. Each row of 10 samples can be turned off independently using toggle switches, helping conserve gas during smaller runs. A built-in pressure regulator and adjustable flow meter ensure precise gas delivery. The system features a heated water bath with adjustable temperatures from 30°C to 100°C, allowing for safe and even evaporation across all samples. An unheated version is also available for ambient temperature applications. Sample racks are fully customized to fit vial diameters between 11–22 mm, maximizing heat transfer and evaporation efficiency. To ensure perfect fit, Organomation requests three vials or precise dimensions for each sample type when placing an order.
