The SPROTTE® spinal (subarachnoid) needle features an ogival (pencil-point) tip geometry developed to minimize dural and neural trauma and reduce the incidence of post-dural puncture headache (PDPH). Sprotte and produced with precision manufacturing, the needle architecture optimizes cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow, anesthetic spread and tactile feedback during spinal anesthesia.
