With EpiSpin Lock, PAJUNK combines atraumatic spinal anesthesia using the SPROTTE® needle and continuous epidural catheter placement using the Tuohy needle in a single CSE system. The distal back‑eye opening in the Tuohy tip allows smooth spinal puncture while minimizing needle‑tip damage. An integrated locking mechanism stabilizes the SPROTTE needle for injection and reduces the risk of needle displacement.
