Product description
To ensure sterility of the probe and cable during ultrasound procedures, the PAJUNK® Safersonic ultrasound probe cover features high permeability to ultrasound waves and an integrated adhesive stripe. The cover can be applied without additional contact medium inside the sleeve, and the adhesive stripe enables attachment without air bubbles or wrinkles, positively affecting image quality. During ultrasound-guided puncture, passing the cannula through ultrasound gel can introduce gel subcutaneously and potentially into contact with nerves; many market gels contain alcohols or glycols with demonstrated neurolytic properties.

Safety / Safergel
Safergel is free of preservatives, parabens and alcohols, reducing risks associated with gel migration. Safergel is suitable for use with surgical invasive products and complies with MPG class IIa (93/42/EEC Section III Rule 6), supporting improved patient safety.
