Description
The microfine jet blaster SANDURET S provides precise surface finishing for a wide range of materials using commercial abrasives from 25 to 250 µm. It is suitable for cleaning, satin finishing, polishing and oxide removal. Integrated inlet pressure control and a REITEL quick-stop valve enable economical and accurate abrasive use. A water separator and filters reduce maintenance and downtime.

The heated chambers and the special blasting principle ensure a consistent flow of abrasive, preventing nozzle blockage and ensuring even surface results. Blasting is started and stopped via a foot switch, and an additional blow-off nozzle clears abrasive from the workpiece. Abrasive refill or change is quick via the removable lid or drain screw. A bright LED provides shadow-free illumination of the work area. The stainless steel housing ensures long service life.

Options and chambers
Optional stainless steel drawer unit allows fast removal of used abrasive. Depending on requirements, two, three or four chambers can be filled with media from 25 to 250 µm. Pre-installed chamber configurations are listed in the Download tab. Chambers and grain sizes can be customised on request.
