DescriptionThis all-purpose dental sandblasting unit combines a recycling sandblaster for cast alloys with a microfine jet blaster to cover a wide range of manual surface preparation and finishing tasks in the dental laboratory. Available as SANDUBLAST 2 (two heated chambers) or SANDUBLAST 3 (three heated chambers). The maintenance-free REITEL quick-stop valve enables precise, economical abrasive dosing, while heated chambers prevent moisture and nozzle clogging. The microfine nozzle can be fixed at any angle for operator comfort, and the large stainless-steel work area is illuminated by bright, shadow-free LED lighting for ergonomic working conditions.
Options and mediaUnits can be configured with two or three heated chambers. Chambers accept blasting media with particle sizes from 25 to 250 µm. Preconfigured chamber/nozzle setups are available; chamber allocation and grain sizes can be customized to laboratory workflows. An air blow-off nozzle is included; additional accessories are available on request.
