Description
Microfine SANDURET jet blasters provide excellent surface quality for treatment of various materials using commercial abrasives from 25 to 250 µm. The unit is suitable for cleaning, buffing, polishing and oxide removal. Integrated inlet pressure control and a REITEL quick-stop valve enable precise and economical abrasive usage. A water separator and filters reduce maintenance and minimise downtime. Heated chambers and the special blasting principle ensure a constant, clog-free flow of abrasive. Start/stop is controlled by a foot switch. An additional nozzle clears abrasive from the workpiece. Removable lid or drain screw allow fast refilling or changing of abrasive. Bright LED lighting provides shadow-free illumination of the work area. The stainless steel housing ensures long service life.

Optional accessories
Optional stainless steel drawer unit permits fast removal of spent abrasive. Chambers can be configured with two, three or four compartments filled with abrasive media from 25 to 250 µm. A list of pre-installed chambers is available in the downloads. Custom chamber and grain-size configurations can be specified.
