Description
The SANDURET micro abrasive blaster delivers high-quality surface finishing for a wide range of materials using commercial abrasives from 25 to 250 µm. It is suitable for cleaning, satin-finishing, polishing and oxide removal. Integrated inlet pressure control and a REITEL quick‑stop valve enable precise and economical abrasive use. Heated chambers and a dedicated blasting principle prevent clogging and ensure a consistent abrasive flow. Start/stop is controlled by a footswitch; an additional nozzle removes abrasive from the workpiece. Refill or change of abrasive media is quick via the removable lid or drain screw. Bright LED lighting ensures shadow-free visibility and the stainless steel housing provides long service life.

Optional equipment

• Stainless steel drawer unit for fast removal of used abrasive material.
• Configurable 2-, 3- or 4-chamber setup; preinstalled chamber lists available. Chambers and grain sizes can be customised to requirements.
