Description
The Microfine jet blasters provide high-quality surface preparation for blasting various materials using commercial abrasives from 25 to 250 µm. The unit is suitable for cleaning, buffing, polishing and removing oxide layers from different substrates. Integrated inlet pressure control and a REITEL quick-stop valve enable precise and economical abrasive use. A water separator and filters reduce maintenance and minimise downtime. The special blasting principle combined with heated chambers ensures a constant abrasive flow and smooth blasted surfaces. Start and stop functions are operated via a foot switch. An additional blow-off nozzle removes abrasive from the workpiece. Refill or change of abrasive media is possible in minutes via the removable lid or the drain screw. A bright LED provides shadow-free lighting in the work area. The durable stainless steel housing ensures a long service life. An optional stainless steel drawer unit allows fast removal of used abrasive material. Depending on requirements, two, three or four chambers can be filled with blasting media from 25 to 250 µm.
