Overview
Vulcan Made to Measure rugby wheelchairs are custom-built for competitive play and rehabilitation-focused programs. Available in strengthened aluminium or lightweight titanium, each chair is configured to athlete measurements and role (attack or defence) to optimise fit, stability and manoeuvrability.

• Contour Body Mapping®: precision measurement process to ensure personalised frame geometry and seating position.
• Aircraft-grade 7020 T6 aluminium frame: high strength-to-weight ratio for durability and performance (option for strengthened Aluminium Club chairs).
• Titanium reinforcement and bumper on selected Attack models for increased impact resistance.

Made to Measure — Wheels & Mobility

• Spinergy performance wheels: lightweight, responsive wheels available in 24" (standard) or 25" (option) sizes.
• Full-rim wheel guards with anti-slip coating to improve grip and protection.
• 72mm front castors optimised for speed, stability and smooth rolling.
• Black anodised castor forks for long-term resistance to wear.

Made to Measure — Comfort & Support

• Ergonomic 2" (50mm) cushion supplied to support posture and pressure distribution.
• Hook & loop foot strap and adjustable footrest for secure, custom positioning.
• Double anti-tip castors for increased safety during dynamic manoeuvres.

Made to Measure — Custom Options

• Custom frame colours and finishes available on request to meet club or clinical identity needs.
• Optional personalised wheel guards and backrest logos for athlete identification.

• 18° fixed wheel camber to enhance lateral stability, agility and handling.

• 24" Spinergy wheels standard on Club chairs; Made to Measure can be specified with 24" or 25" wheels.
• Kenda tyres supplied (Club chairs fitted with two red Kenda tyres and tubes).
