Description

About RSP Row Spinning
RSP Row Spinning is a specific strength training machine developed to improve the application of force in the Olympic rowing stroke. It is designed to reproduce the timing and magnitude of force typical of on-water rowing and is intended for targeted force development—it is not an ergometer.

What is Olympic rowing?
The machine targets the initial phase of the stroke (catch and first push) so the athlete can apply maximum force quickly when the boat already has speed. An axle optimized for rapid acceleration in the first phase helps improve boat acceleration and on-water performance.
